At Super Clean Bristol we consistently try to be one thing, ethical. Our values are clear, and at the heart of everything we do, but what does that mean when actually put in to practice?
It might mean the way that you treat and pay your employees, or the way you interact and deal with your customers or suppliers, and down to the way you pay or chase unpaid invoices. We will always try to work to moral standards, understanding situations which may be unplanned and rectifying any mistakes without delay.
What does this mean for our employees?
At Super Clean Bristol we pay all of our staff in excess of the ‘National Living Wage’ which was introduced by the government in 2016. This rate is introduced to new starters and is increased with performance and reliability, and goes up again with any progression to supervisor and so on. We also have optional NVQ qualifications in cleaning so that our employees have the chance to progress and increase their prospects.
Transparency is Key
All of our customers will know that we operate a transparent and honest service. Essentially, we say what we do, and we do what we say. But let’s be honest, mistakes happen and sometimes we are let down. For example, if something is missed during a clean, we offer a 48-hour callback policy. This means that the customer can notify us of any errors within 48 hours and we will re-attend free of charge as soon as is possible. And if someone calls in sick? We rally the troops, get to the site as quickly as possible and try to ensure that the clean is completed on time. We usually have more than one person on a team at any given time, so situations such as these normally work themselves out. After all, mistakes do happen in any business but it’s how you deal with it afterward. It’s not about never making a mistake, it’s about how you rectify the mistakes you do make.
Corporate Social Responsibility
Super Clean Bristol have donated to a number of local charities since our inception, and continue to do so on a regular basis. Specifically, we are partnered with The Grand Appeal which works in partnership with Bristol Children’s Hospital. As well as making a monthly donation, we have run marathons, half-marathons, and even done skydives for this amazing cause! To us, the least we can do is give a little something back to a charity which gives so much to all of us in Bristol. We have more events planned for the future so keep an eye on our Instagram and Facebook for updates! You can check out our previous fundraising events in our blog. Specifically, A Time For Giving and Leigh’s Jump for The Grand Appeal.
